EYELINER

There
are two types of eye liners, pencil and liquid. Pencil eye liners define the
eyes softly while liquid eye liners offer a more dramatic effect. When you use
the pencil eye liner, make sure that it has been newly sharpened. Hold the
pencil as you would a pen and use you your free hand to stretch the eye as you
line starting from the outer corner. Make sure that it is just above the eye
lashes on top of the lid and below on the bottom. See to it that the tip of the
eye liner is moist. If it’s dry, you might risk injuring yourself with the hard
end. If what you are using is a liquid eye liner, remember to use a point liner
brush as this is most precise in following the natural curve of the lid. Continued below...

I know it is hard but try to keep your eyes open most of the time you’re lining to make sure that you are on point. With the liquid eye liner, you can actually paint small dashes instead of long, languid strokes then just go back to connect them. If you want to thicken the eye line you drew, you can build up the initial one by starting in the middle of the lash line towards the outer corner. Knowing how to use these two types are a must so keep on practicing these tips. Read more about liquid eyeliners and pencil eyeliners.
